Realty Vision Infrazone - sahi hai ya nahi?

Hey guys, I'm looking to invest in Noida again. Seen Realtyvision 4th Avenue. On paper, it looks good, but what's the real deal? Has anyone experienced their possession timelines? I'm worried about delays. I've seen builders promise the moon and deliver nothing. Also, what about the actual carpet area versus what they advertise? I heard some builders play games with that. Mujhe advice chahiye, should I even consider them? What's your take on Realty Vision Infrazone compared to other builders in Noida? I'm looking for ROI, yaar. Thanks!
