Realty Vision Infrazone - Sahi hai ya nahi?

Guys, I'm planning to book a flat in Noida. Realty Vision Infrazone (4th Avenue) is one option I'm considering. What do you think about their on-time delivery? Has anyone experienced delays with them? My parents keep saying check construction quality, plaster cracks wagera. Has anyone here faced that after possession? Also, what about hidden charges? PLC and all, itna confusion hai! I had no idea about these things. Which one is better for investment, honestly? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar. Should I consider them, or are there better options? Any thoughts?
