Realty Vision vs. others in Noida? Any thoughts?

I'm looking at 3BHKs. Realty Vision 4th Avenue looks good, but on-time delivery ka kya scene hai? Heard mixed reviews about construction quality, especially finishing. Has anyone experienced hidden charges from them at possession? Mujhe advice chahiye. Is it worth investing here? Kya aap logon ko pata hai?
