Bhai, builder ke promises pe mat jaana. Mera khud ka experience bahut kharab raha hai ek project mein, Noida Extension mein hi. Possession date se 2 saal late mila aur quality bhi compromised thi. RERA complaint file karni padi thi. Make sure you check the builder's past record
ABCZ East Sapphire ke amenities dekh ke toh lagta hai ki value for money hai. Swimming pool, gym sab kuch hai. But are they actually well-maintained and usable? Koi wahan rehta hai kya?
