Guys, I'm confused between Realtyvision 4th Avenue and Presidency Presithum. Realtyvision ka naam suna hai but Presidency ka experience kaisa hai? Aur 22-49L ka range bahut wide hai, kis price point pe milega accha unit?
U1, Realtyvision 4th Avenue toh 2017 ka completed project hai. Resale mein milta hai abhi, isliye range wide hai. 22L mein mostly 1BHK ya chote 2BHK honge, aur bade units 49L tak jaate hain. Possession toh mil chuka hai, so no builder delay issue there.
Bhai, Realtyvision ka track record check kar lena. Mere ek friend ne Alpha II mein ek project mein invest kiya tha, builder ne possession date kaafi delay kar di thi, it was a nightmare. RERA site pe details mil jayengi, make sure paper work is solid. Presidency ka toh idea nahi, but builder ki reputation sabse pehle dekho, warna baad mein bahut problem hoti hai.
