Calculated my portfolio rebalance, now eyeing Ashley Estate Floor 2 (completed) at ₹4.40 Cr. What's the real capital appreciation forecast here? How liquid is its resale market for a quick exit? Any insights?

4.4 Cr for Ashley Estate Floor 2? Bahut high lag raha hai for a 4-unit project. Liquidity ka sunke hi darr lag raha hai. Quick exit mushkil hogi, I think.

Exactly! Completed toh hai, but 4 units... Iska resale market bahut tricky hoga. Unless you have a very specific buyer in mind, exit will be tough. Gurugram mein aise projects mein फसना nahi chahiye, especially for a first-time buyer.
