Was supposed to decide by last month but these Mohali projects have me confused. Ashiana Aaroham Phase 1 ki price per sqft advertised hai, but jab calculations karein toh total cost bohot upar jaa rahi. Builder trust factor pe bhi soch raha hoon, upcoming project hai na. DLF Gardencity Enclave Phase 2 mein amenities ka brochure dekh ke laga sab milega, but site visit pe pata chala kaafi cheezein bas show ke liye hain. Kya kisi ne actual 'on ground' experience kiya hai with these builders in Mohali? Am I missing something?

Bhai, totally relate! Ashiana Aaroham Phase 1 ka price per sqft dekh ke lagta hai theek hai, but jab total calculation karte hain na, toh registration, IDC, EDC, club membership, parking, sab add ho ke itna badh jaata hai ki budget hil jaata hai. I felt the same confusion. Builder trust factor is a huge deal for upcoming projects, especially when the possession date is so far off.
