Kya spot discounts real hote hain Bangalore mein? Just moved into Habulus's Vijayanagar project. Builder says no negotiation, but broker hints at year-end deals. Should I trust him ya direct builder? Kitna realistically expect karein?

Bhai, Habulus ka track record toh mixed hai, especially Vijayanagar mein. Spot discount? Bahut mushkil. Brokers often inflate hopes to get you interested. I'd say builder se direct baat karo, but be firm. Don't trust the broker blindly unless he shows something concrete. Kitna discount realistically expect kar rahe ho, waise?
Totally agree with this point. Brokers will say anything to close a deal. Direct builder always better for negotiation, but don't expect miracles from Habulus. They are known
