Regal Heights: Actual living experience?

₹78 lakh for a 2BHK in Regal Heights — I'm seriously considering it for my first home. Project completed hai, but I'm worried about the actual living experience. Brochure mein amenities bohot dikhate hain, but are they useful? Yaar, swimming pool aur gym ka maintenance bhi kitna aata hoga monthly? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai? Family ke saath rehna hai, toh community friendly honi chahiye na? Koi wahan rehta hai ya jaanta hai, please share your honest opinion.

Bhai, ₹78 lakh for a 2BHK is a decent price point, but you mentioned 'Project completed hai' and then the possession date for Regal Heights is showing as 2026-03-31. Yeh thoda fishy lag raha hai. How can a project be completed but possession is still two years away? Please double-check this. Builders often play these games, saying 'structure complete' but internal work aur clearances pending hote hain. Don't fall for it without proper verification.
