Rehayashi Apartment: Is it genuinely good for daily living?
Visited Rehayashi Apartment last Saturday. Kids have moved out, so I need something manageable. The flat felt decent, but I'm wondering about the actual daily living experience. Is the society vibe friendly for older folks? Are the amenities truly useful, and are good hospitals nearby? Honestly, is it genuinely a good home, or just good on paper?

Rehayashi Apartment sounds okay, but 'RERA Not Applicable'? That's a huge red flag for me. How can a project with 232 units not fall under RERA? This makes me super nervous, especially as a first-time buyer. Any insights on this?
Sahi kaha bhai, exactly my thought! Bina RERA ke toh aajkal koi project lena hi nahi chahiye. Builder ki accountability kaun dekhega?
