Rehouse Krishna Orchid Studio Apartments - just got possession last month. Brochure mein toh bade-bade claims the about amenities. But now dekh raha hoon, clubhouse bilkul ghost town lagta hai. Koi use hi nahi karta. Parking ka bhi scene hai, allocated slot nahi mila abhi tak. Investors, yeh sab long-term rental value pe kitna affect karta hai? Kya yeh amenities sirf dikhawe ke liye the?

This is a common tactic, sadly. Builders show fancy renders to get bookings, then cut corners. Especially with studio apartments, the margins are tighter
Yaar, this is so frustrating! My parents invested in Alistonia Estate years ago, same builder (different name tab), aur wahan bhi amenities ka yahi haal tha. Swimming pool kabhi functional nahi hua properly. Studio apartments mein rental value bahut depend karti hai amenities pe, especially for young professionals. If clubhouse is a ghost town, who'd want to rent? Parking toh fundamental need hai, kaise nahi de sakte allocated slot? This will definitely hit long-term rental income.

RERA website pe details mil jaati hain. But amenities ka detail often missing hota hai wahan.
Haan, RERA ka scene toh hai. Maine bhi suna tha kuch projects mein delay tha. But for studio apartments at 25L, I thought it was a good deal, especially in this market. Ab lagta hai price ke chakkar mein quality compromise ho gaya.
Bhai, exactly my fear! Brochure mein toh sab gold plated dikhate hain, but reality mein zero. My friend also got possession in a project near Alpha I Greater Noida, same story, pool was never cleaned, gym equipment was always broken. Yeh amenities ka chakkar sirf buyer ko attract karne ke liye hai.
