Rehouse Krishna Orchid: Parking reality for investors?
Is parking allocation in Rehouse Krishna Orchid Studio Apartments clear-cut or a common headache like other Greater Noida projects? I'm evaluating Rehouse Krishna Orchid for investment; studio apartments seem promising for rental yield. But parking ka scene kya hai? My past investments taught me bad parking directly affects tenant attraction and resale value. Builders often promise one spot but it turns into a lottery or fight. Does Rehouse provide properly allotted parking documented with the unit, ya fir common parking ka jhamela hai? What's the ground reality for covered vs. open parking? Any hidden charges for extra car parking? This impacts my ROI calculation big time. Any owners here can share their actual experience with the parking situation?

Totally agree with the post. Parking is a nightmare in most projects, especially in Greater Noida. Builders promise the moon but on ground, it's a fight. Rehouse Krishna Orchid being completed, there should be clarity, but I doubt it. Same old story, I guess.
Exactly! My cousin booked in a project near Alpha II a few years back, and they were promised covered parking. When possession came, it was first-come, first-serve in a tiny open lot. Had to pay extra for a 'reserved' spot that wasn't even covered! This directly impacts tenant attraction. For a studio apartment, tenants usually have cars, so it's a deal-breaker.
