Mere friend ne 2 saal pehle unke ek project mein booking ki thi Alpha I Greater Noida mein, usko bhi delay aur quality issues face karne pade. Studio apartments hain toh units bhi kam hongi, 80 units bataya tha unhone brochure mein. Power backup ka toh standard problem hai, they promise full load but deliver minimal. Ek baar RERA guidelines check kar lo, sometimes they mention specific power backup clauses there.

U3, haan studio apartments hi hain. Mujhe toh 25L ke around pada tha. Socha tha investment ke liye accha rahega, but ab lagta hai daily life mein hi problem ho rahi hai. Yeh price range mein toh at least basic amenities smooth honi chahiye thi.

Mujhe lagta hai aapko society ke baaki buyers ke saath milkar builder par pressure banana chahiye. Usually, jab ek group bankar baat karta hai toh builder thoda seriously leta hai. Mere ek friend ne bhi apne project mein aisa hi kiya tha, tab jaake AC ke liye separate connection ya backup ka solution mila. Akela banda kuch nahi kar sakta.
