Bhai, ₹25.35L for a studio sounds okay, but have you checked the actual demand for studios in that specific area? I heard studio apartments are tough to rent out unless it's super close to a college or corporate hub. Plus, resale value for studios is generally lower than 1BHKs. Just my two cents, I'm also looking for my first investment.
