Did a site visit to Rehouse Krishna Orchid Studio Apartments last week. Completed project hai. I'm thinking of investing in a studio there, mera first property investment hai. Broker high rental yield aur good appreciation ka promise kar raha hai, but honestly, I'm not sure. Koi actual figures share kar sakta hai for rental? Like, kitna mil jaata hai per month realistically? Also, since it's already completed, what's the capital appreciation track record like? Has it gone up much since launch? Aur sabse important, resale market kitna liquid hai for these studio apartments in Greater Noida? Agar 5-7 saal baad exit karna ho, will it be easy to find a buyer without a huge discount? Parents bolte hain soch samajh ke karna, ab samajh nahi aa raha.
