Remote Bangalore property: Which builder to trust?

Since last year I'm tracking Bangalore property from Dubai. Prestige, Sobha, Brigade mein delivery aur quality ka real scene kya hai? Remote buyers ke liye customer support kaisi hai, actually? Bahut confusion hai.

Exactly! Delivery timelines aur quality ka bahut issue hai. Brochure mein kuch aur, site pe kuch aur. Builder trust is a major headache.

Bhai, you're not alone! Main bhi out of state se dekh raha hoon aur same confusion hai. Prestige aur Sobha ke projects toh bade dikhte hain, but ground reality kya hai, pata nahi chalta. Especially customer support for remote buyers, that's my biggest worry.
