Is parking in Sector 24C really as bad as some people say? I'm based in Dubai and can't do a site inspection myself, so getting ground reality is crucial. Planning to buy a 3BHK for future use, maybe rent it out for a few years. My main concern is if the parking situation is a daily struggle ya fir manageable hai. Also, for someone buying remotely, what kind of hidden costs ya legal issues should I be extra careful about? Power of attorney se sab smooth ho jaata hai ya there are always some chote-mote issues? I'm hearing stories about RWA maintenance charges being a bit high. Kisi ka experience hai with this?

Bhai, remote buying Sector 24C mein, especially parking ke liye, thoda risky lag raha hai. Main khud wahan 2 saal pehle dekha tha, parking kaafi congested thi. Agar aap rent out bhi karoge, tenant ko bhi problem hogi. Remote mein hidden costs double ho jaate hain, builders aur agents ko pata hota hai ki aap physical check nahi kar sakte. Power of Attorney se legal work toh ho jaata hai but on-ground checks ke liye kisi trusted relative ko bhejo. RWA charges toh har jagah high hain ab, but 24C mein extra amenities ke naam pe zyada
