Remote Faridabad investment: POA, rental clarity needed
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector to buy in Faridabad. I'm based in Dubai, so can't visit much. Thinking about Puri Constructions or Omaxe in Sectors 75-89 for a 3BHK, maybe ₹1.2 Cr tak. But remote investment mein legal clarity, especially POA, ka kya scene hai? Anyone manage property from abroad? What about reliable property managers for rental income? Kya actual rental yields 3% tak mil jaate hain?

Puri ya Omaxe ka track record acche se check kar lo, especially for possession delays. POA ka toh sabse bada headache hai abroad se; kya aapne kisi trusted legal advisor se baat ki hai for NRIs? Rental yields of 3% in new projects are often just marketing talk, be realistic.
