Totally feel you on the 'nightmare' part! Gurgaon mein remote investment soch ke hi darr lagta hai. Builders ki reputation, hidden costs, aur fir possession date ka drama... Dubai se toh aur bhi mushkil hoga verify karna. AIPL Rhythm Residences 2 ka naam toh suna hai, but ground reality kya hai, pata nahi. Meri toh budget bhi tight hai, aise mein risk lena bahut mushkil lagta hai.
