Remote investment: Worried about buyer mix

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved for Hyderabad investment. I'm in Dubai, so no site inspection. Looking at Sattva Lake Ridge. My big worry is the investor ratio. Could it become a 'ghost society'? How would that hit rental yield or finding a property manager remotely?
