Remote investor worries: SKA Greenarch quality after handover?

Since last year I've been looking at investment properties in Greater Noida, specifically SKA Greenarch. Being in Dubai, site visits are tough, so I rely on community feedback. I'm worried about construction quality affecting long-term rental income and resale. Kya after possession cracks ya seepage issues aate hain? Also, security systems ki real picture kya hai? Is it proper CCTV and visitor management, or just basic guards? For an investor, tenant attraction crucial hai, aur security bahut important factor hai, right? Koi experience share kar sakta hai?
