Power of Attorney pe trust karna toh door ki baat hai, you need someone on the ground jo ek ek document check kare, builder ke past projects visit kare. Legal verification toh sabse crucial hai, RERA site pe jaake builder ka registration, project status sab check karo. Property managers bhi aajkal bahut fraud hote hain, rental income ke chakkar mein original owner hi phass jata hai. My advice: don't rush, ya toh
