Did anyone get possession from them near the promised date, or was there significant delay? And what about hidden charges? I'm trying to avoid nasty surprises like sudden PLC or huge maintenance deposits at possession. Any experiences with Renowned Group, good or bad, would be super helpful. Am I overthinking this?
