I checked this project last year. Price range 1.2 Cr to 1.5 Cr for a 2BHK seems high for the area, considering its possession was 2020. I mean, Abhay Khand mein bhi similar prices mein options mil jaate hain with better amenities. Rental yield toh bilkul low hai. Is price pe itna low rental yield means capital appreciation pe hi depend karna padega. But will it appreciate that much?

Lotus Srishti ki location Achchheja ke paas hai, connectivity theek hai par demand utni high nahi hai jitni Ahinsa Khand II mein hai. Occupancy I've heard is around 60-70% only. Ghost society ka risk toh nahi bolunga, but investor heavy hai definitely.
