Renowned Park Lotus amenities are a complete bait-and-switch

Amenity claims for Renowned Park Lotus are a total joke. Moved into my 2BHK here a few months back, and honestly, the 'clubhouse' is barely functional. Gym equipment is already breaking, and it's nothing like the brochure pictures. I'm thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, but this experience makes me question everything. I'm paying decent maintenance, but for what, really? Did anyone else feel totally misled about what was actually delivered after possession? Just wondering if this is a common thing with completed projects.
