Been looking at property in Greater Noida for a few months now. Renowned Park Lotus (completed project) seems interesting, price range ₹14.81L–₹20.39L. Par confused hoon, kya abhi bhi isme capital appreciation ka scope hai? Jo log yahan rehte hain ya invest kiya hai, unka kya experience hai? Resale market kitna liquid hai? Matlab, agar 5-7 saal mein exit karna ho, toh buyer mil jayenge? Aur rental yield kitna expect kar sakte hain realistically? Society mein investor vs end-user ratio kaisa hai? Ghost society toh nahi ban jayegi?

Renowned Park Lotus? Hmm, naam toh suna hai. But capital appreciation ka scope abhi mushkil hai yaar, especially for a project delivered in 2016. Greater Noida mein bahut naye projects aa gaye hain. Aur builder ka track record bhi mixed reviews wala hai. Kya aapne builder ke other projects dekhe hain?
