Renowned Park Lotus ka rental yield bilkul overhyped hai. I'm in a 2BHK, thinking of a 3BHK there for investment. Kya actual rental income justifies the price? Capital appreciation ka kya scene hai? Change my mind.

Totally agree with the post! Renowned Park Lotus ka rental yield toh bas numbers mein achha lagta hai. I was checking out their 2BHKs, price range ₹14 L – ₹47 L hai but for a completed project from 2016, lagta nahi ki utna return milega. Mera ek friend hai, usne Ajayabpur mein liya tha 2 saale pehle, bolta hai rent utna nahi milta jitna socha tha. Capital appreciation bhi doubtful lag raha hai with so many new projects coming up nearby. Kya koi actual tenant hai jo bata sake kitna rent
