Everyone glorifies Vohra's 'luxury' but nobody talks about the actual carpet area efficiency versus total cost of ownership. ₹2.75 Cr for Vohra versus ₹1.05 Cr for Sampada – itna difference sirf finishes ka hai kya? I think Sampada offers far better value for an end-user, not just investors. Investor ratio bhi kam hoga, matlab ghost society risk bhi less. Vohra mein 5-year appreciation ka hype mujhe fake lagta hai. Change my mind.
