Rent hike pushed me to buy in Greater Noida

Landlord hiked rent again, ab bas ho gaya. Finally taking the plunge in Greater Noida. Everyone glorifies Avj Heightss jaise projects ke clubhouses and sports facilities, but honestly, are they actually used? Yaar, most seem like ghost facilities after a year. Maintenance charges toh lete hain, but is it worth it? Change my mind.

Same boat, bhai! My landlord also increased rent by 15%. I've looked at Avj Heightss too, but the price range (₹22 L – ₹1.5 Cr) is so wide, it's confusing. Aur possession date 2015 ki hai,

Yaar, totally understand! Rent hikes are brutal. Greater Noida is a good move, especially with the upcoming infra. But haan, Avj Heightss ki facilities ka doubt sahi hai.
