Rent hike pushed me to Gurugram buying decision

Honestly, I'm so fed up of renting. My landlord just hiked rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge to buy in Gurugram. Is the EMI vs rent math even worth it for a 2BHK around ₹1.5 Cr? Thinking of Golf Course Extension or maybe Dwarka Expressway. Kya wahan abhi bhi appreciation potential hai?
