Rent hike pushed me to M3M Natura

₹1.2 lakh annual rent increase was the last straw for me, seriously fed up. Finally taking the plunge, looking to buy something in Mohali. M3M Natura dekh raha hoon, budget ₹1.4 Cr tak hai. Brochure mein amenities toh bahut dikh rahe hain – pool, club, gym. But real mein kitne functional hote hain? Yaar, sirf show-off ke liye toh nahi hain na? Daily life mein kya kaam aayenge? Also, area ka kya scene hai? Schools, hospitals, markets kitni door hain? Is it actually good for living with family, ya just another fancy project? Samajh nahi aa raha, please share experiences. EMI vs rent math ab sahi lag raha hai, but I need practical insights.
