Dono ready-to-move hain, but Amrapali ka price range significantly higher hai. Radicon thoda budget-friendly lag raha. Amrapali ka builder history thoda... pata nahi, but Crystal Homes RTM hai. Amrapali ke high prices ke saath, agar builder history itni shaky hai, toh resale mein problem aa sakti hai. People are very cautious about such builders now. Amrapali Crystal Homes ka RERA number UPRERAPRJ14023 hai. You can check all their project details there. The fact that it's RTM helps, but the builder's reputation is a huge concern. Radicon ki reputation Amrapali se toh definitely better hai. For appreciation, location matters most. Both are in Greater Noida, so compare their exact locations, connectivity to expressways, and social infrastructure nearby.

Radicon ka trust factor theek hai, as far as I know. My friend booked in their project near Ajayabpur a few years back, and got possession mostly on time, with minor delays. But then again, every project is different. Appreciation ke liye, Greater Noida mein connectivity aur upcoming infrastructure pe depend karta hai. Metro extension, industrial corridors, etc. ye sab dekho.
Haan, price is a big factor. Is range mein toh aapko Noida Extension mein bhi achhe options mil jaayenge, maybe even closer to Delhi. Radicon ke projects dekhe hain, unki construction quality average to good hoti hai. Time pe delivery ka toh market mein abhi sabka haal thoda tight hai, but they are generally better than the really notorious ones. Ask for their RERA completion certificates for previous projects.

Bhai, Amrapali ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. Unka track record utna sahi nahi hai, especially with delayed possessions. Even if Crystal Homes is RTM, check all papers very carefully. Radicon ka maine suna hai ki theek-thaak hain, but due diligence is a must for any builder in Greater Noida. Don't rush into anything just because you're fed up with rent.
