₹78 lakh for Vaidpura is definitely on the higher side, especially for a 2BHK. Pre-launch discounts are often a trap. They show a lower base price, but then add on floor rise, PLC, parking, club membership, all sorts of charges. By the time you get the final quote, it's almost the same as a ready-to-move. Alpha-II Commercial Belt mein bhi ab rates aise hi ho gaye hain, it's crazy. Don't fall for the hype without doing deep research.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Ek baar mujhe bhi pre-launch mein laga ki bohot achhi deal hai, but agreement sign karte time saare hidden costs saamne aaye. Almost 10-12% extra laga tha total cost par. It's a common builder tactic.

Haan, Antriksh ke projects theek hain. Mera ek friend hai, usne unke Antriksh Golf View mein book kiya tha 2 saal pehle. Possession thoda late hua but quality achhi hai. Pre-launch mein usko kafi discount mila tha, especially on PLC charges.
