Rent vs. buy in Ghaziabad is a no-brainer, buying makes more sense for end-users. I track EMI vs. rent for 2BHKs in Vaishali or Indirapuram; the difference is shrinking with current rates. My 3BHK near Crossings Republik had EMI barely higher than rent post-tax benefits. Are others seeing this? Factor appreciation from Delhi-Meerut Expressway and Metro Red Line. Holding 5-7 years gives solid returns. Renting feels like dead money, tbh. For a ₹70-80 lakh property, is total monthly outflow (EMI + maintenance) still higher than rent? Or has buying in Ghaziabad become the smarter long-term move?

Bhai, 'no-brainer' toh nahi lag raha. Hidden costs add up to double rent. Is it really worth it?
Valid point! My broker pushes Ahinsa Khand 2, but total cost feels like a black hole. Koi actual breakdown de sakta hai kya total monthly outflow ka for a ₹7
Totally agree! Rent vs EMI difference is shrinking. Ownership feels better than dead money.
