6% ROI? Yeah right. I work in real estate, but buying a place for myself in Noida feels different. Everyone glorifies high rental yields, but nobody talks about the actual costs. Maintenance, property tax, vacancy periods... it eats into your profit. SS Group projects promise great returns, but are they truly achievable? Honestly not sure. I'm looking at Sector 26. Also, under-construction vs ready-to-move... I know what builders don't tell you about construction-linked plans. It's a payment trap. Is it worth the risk for slightly lower pricing? I'm leaning towards ready-to-move. Change my mind. What's your experience been?
