Rental yields in Chandigarh are never what they promise. I'm looking at Omaxe Celestia Royal for an investment, maybe a 2BHK there. Builders quote 3-4% but my friends say it's actually closer to 2% for similar projects. What's the real ground reality for Celestia Royal specifically? Also, thinking about the exit strategy in 5-7 years. Is there a strong secondary market for Omaxe properties in Chandigarh? I'm honestly not sure if I'd find a buyer easily then, especially with so many new projects coming up. Any experiences?

Totally agree with the post! Builders always show glossy brochures with high rental projections but ground reality is something else. My cousin bought in New Chandigarh a couple of years back, was promised 4% but barely gets 2.5% now. Omaxe Celestia Royal ka bhi yahi haal hoga kya?
Haan bhai, same experience! Rental income se EMI cover karna toh mushkil hai. Celestia Royal mein bhi yahi haal hoga.
