Rental yields in Greater Noida are a myth — change my mind

Okay I'll be honest — I'm struggling with this rental market. Currently in a 2BHK in Alpha II, thinking of upgrading for rental income. Everyone glorifies rental yields, but with high maintenance and tenant issues, is it worth it? I'm seeing 2-3% max, barely covering EMI. This 30-40% rent jump in Sector 150... sustainable hai ya bubble? Change my mind.
