Renting burnout: Revell Orchid Phase V mein advice chahiye

Revell Orchid Phase V Building G mein interest hai. Renting se pak gaya hoon, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally, I'm taking the plunge. Has anyone here bought in Revell Orchid, especially Phase V? Construction quality kaisi hai? Worried about seepage, fittings issues after a year. Promised amenities ki reality kya hai? Clubhouse, gym, kids play area... usable hain ya just for show? Maintenance charges kitne hain aur service worth it hai kya? Any red flags before booking? Please advise.
