Does anyone actually maximize their home loan tax benefits properly for a Noida property? I'm fed up of renting yaar, landlord raised rent again for my 2BHK in Noida Extension. Finally taking the plunge, looking at properties around ₹80-90L, maybe a 3BHK from Gaurs or ATS. Doing the EMI vs rent math, it's close. But then I realized how much tax I can save! Section 24 for interest, that’s a huge chunk off taxable income. And 80C for principal repayment. Honestly, pehle laga yeh small print hai, but it makes a big difference to my monthly outgo. Any more hacks around this? Am I missing other deductions for first-time buyers in Noida? Or is there a sweet spot for loan amount? Hope this helps someone else buying.
