Hidden PLC waiver? Sounds fishy to me. Builders play these games all the time. Make sure you read the fine print properly, especially with new builders. Kya builder ka naam ROF Group hai by any chance?

Same pinch bhai! I'm also tired of throwing money on rent. Badshahpur is definitely picking up, good choice. EMI ka tension toh hai but apna ghar apna hota hai, right?
