Possession was in March for my 3BHK in Sector 28. My EMI is ₹55k, but rentals for similar places are ₹30-35k. Pehle lagta tha EMI bohot zyada hai, but with tax benefits and Jewar airport appreciation, buying feels right. Anyone else experienced this EMI vs rent shift? What hidden costs did you find?
