Rent for my 2BHK in Sector 78 just hit ₹30k. Honestly, fed up of renting now, landlord raised it again. I'm finally looking to buy something in Noida, maybe a 2BHK in Sector 137 or 150. My budget is around ₹80L-₹1Cr. But is the EMI vs rent math actually working out for others right now? Kya market abhi sahi hai to buy, ya thoda wait karna chahiye for better deals? Godrej ya ATS ke projects kaise hain for long-term appreciation? Any advice for a first-time buyer?
