Renting in Sector 34B: Crazy high, should I buy?
Just moved into Sector 34B last month, and my rent for a 2BHK is crazy. ₹35k for an unfurnished flat feels too high, like a 30% jump from what my friends paid a year ago. Is this rent hike justified? Thinking if I should just buy something in Mohali with an EMI instead. Kya Chandigarh mein rent itna hi rahega ya kam hoga? Confused.

Totally agree, bhai! Sector 34B has gone mad. My friend is paying 32k for a similar 2BHK in Sector 44. Itna toh EMI mein ho jayega. Buying in Mohali seems like the only logical option now, right? What do you guys think?
Haan yaar, same pinch! Meri bhi fat rahi hai rent sunke. Lagta hai landlords ne goldmine dhoondh liya hai.
