Fed up of renting for so long, I'm finally taking the plunge and looking to buy property in Mohali. EMI vs rent math ab dimag kharab kar raha hai. I'm especially interested in projects like Mahindra Luminare, but thoda darr lag raha hai. Brochure mein jo amenities dikhate hain, woh actually milte hain kya possession ke time? Matlab, clubhouse aur sports facilities, are they really usable daily ya bas show-off ke liye? Yaar, maintenance charges kitne hain aur service kaisi milti hai after a year or two? Sometimes builders promise a lot but delivery is sub-par. Any practical tips on what to look for during site visits ya koi lesser-known facts? Hope someone can share real experiences.
