My lease ends in 3 months aur landlord ne fir rent badha diya. Ab Mohali mein property kharidne ka serious plan hai, especially Sector 59 side. Arun Gaur And CO ke kuch projects dekhe hain. Confused hoon ki broker ke through jaaun ya seedha builder se deal karun? Kya brokers sahi mein better deals nikalwa dete hain, ya woh apna commission add karke price inflate karte hain? Builders ka 'no negotiation' policy hota hai, par spot discounts ka kya scene hai? Yeh price correction ka sign hai ya bas sales tactic? Aapka experience kya kehta hai?

Bhai, totally relatable! Mera bhi same haal hai, landlord ne toh jaan kha rakhi hai. Mohali, Sector 59 achha area hai, development bahut ho rahi hai wahan. Broker se deal karna ya builder se, yeh toh sabse bada confusion hai. Mujhe bhi yahi samajh nahi aa raha.
