Renting se azaadi, but Budget Homes ka sach kya hai?

Honestly, I'm fed up with renting. Budget Homes ki affordability sab bolte hain, par commute aur daily life ka ground reality kya hai? EMI vs rent clear hai, but living there? Change my mind.

Budget homes are a myth, especially in NCR. Sirf naam ke hain.

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! EMI toh manage ho jaayegi, but jab dekho Airport Road side ya Badshahpur mein properties dikhate hain. Office se itna door, daily 3-4 ghante commute mein hi nikal jaayenge. Kya faayda aisi 'azaadi' ka?
