Sector 150 — been checking out projects there, yaar. Fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya hai. Finally taking the plunge, EMI vs rent math ab sahi lag raha hai. But I'm super worried about legal stuff, especially with all the horror stories. How do you guys *really* check RERA registration for builders like Tribeca Developers? Just the number on the site, ya kuch aur bhi dekhte ho? Aur builder-buyer agreement mein kya red flags dekhne chahiye? Suna hai saare clauses builder ke favour mein hote hain. Agar project delay kare, toh RERA mein kya real options hain? Compensation milta hai kya, ya bas paper pe hi hai sab?
