Dekho, I'm eyeing projects like Sobha International City, but thinking about the future. Kya actual service quality matches the high maintenance fees? Builders promise a lot, but after possession, is it value for money ya phir sirf bills badhte rehte hain? Also, clubhouse facilities. They look great on paper, but after a year, are they actually used or just ghost facilities? For an investor like me, is that a real value driver for resale ya phir sirf initial hype hai?
