Gurgaon mein brokers ki asli value hai ya sirf commissions lete hain? I'm fed up of renting, eyeing Sector 44. Mujhe lagta hai direct builder se deal karne mein better price milta hai. Brokers bas apna cut dekhte hain, sahi hai na? Kitna extra negotiate hota hai direct mein, Paramount Associates jaise builders ke saath? Change my mind.

Bhai, direct builder se deal karna utna easy nahi hota jitna lagta hai. Sometimes brokers actually give you a clearer picture of hidden costs like EDC/IDC, club charges, parking fees
Totally agree yaar! Renting is a black hole. I'm also looking in Gurgaon, Sector 44 sounds promising. Brokers toh bas apna cut dekhte hain, direct deal mein negotiation ka scope zyada hota hai, especially with big names like Paramount. I'm so tired of paying someone else's EMI.
