Maine check kiya tha, inke 'Total Projects' zero dikha raha hai. Matlab, inke naam pe koi registered project hai hi nahi as a builder. This is a HUGE red flag! Kaise koi builder bina RERA registration ke projects launch kar sakta hai ya sell kar sakta hai? Be very careful.

Iska matlab hai ki ya toh yeh kisi aur builder ke project ko market kar rahe hain, ya phir illegal tareeke se sell kar rahe hain. My uncle almost invested in a similar 'builder' in Alpha I Greater Noida, but luckily we found out they had no RERA. Could have lost everything.
